These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blue42OS ("Blue42," "we," "us"), operated by Calioh Coffee. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Blue42 provides operating systems, training, standard operating procedures, checklists, and related tools for coffee businesses, delivered as a subscription web application. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and team seats

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and the accounts of team members you invite. Your plan includes a set number of seats; you may not share access beyond your purchased seats.

3. Subscription and billing

Blue42 is a recurring subscription billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your plan includes a base number of seats; additional 10-seat blocks are $20/month each, prorated when added mid-cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Manage → Billing & subscription inside the app (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; reverse engineer or copy the software; resell, sublicense, or share access outside your purchased seats; or infringe our intellectual property. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Blue42™ is a trademark of Calioh Coffee. All software, content, SOPs, training, and materials are owned by Calioh Coffee and licensed to you for use within your own business only. You may not redistribute, publish, or resell them.

7. No professional advice

Blue42 provides operational templates and guidance — not legal, tax, employment, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your business. Where content references legal or compliance matters, confirm with qualified professionals for your jurisdiction.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calioh Coffee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calioh Coffee from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
