Calioh Coffee ("we," "us") operates Blue42OS. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

1. Information we collect

• Account information (name, email) — handled through our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers only.
• Business and usage data you provide — shop details, team members, diagnostic answers, and progress — stored in Airtable.
• Technical data — basic log and usage information needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process subscription billing, provide support, and send transactional emails (billing and account notices). We do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers (sub-processors) that help us run the service:

• Clerk — authentication
• Stripe — payments and billing
• Airtable — data storage
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — hosting

We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies

We use authentication/session cookies (via Clerk) necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion (see below).

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email below; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
